These Terms of Use apply to Real Estate Fractional CMO at realestatefractionalcmo.com (the "site"), published by Citrine Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us" or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information only, not professional advice

The guides, templates, tools and other content on this site are general information for educational purposes. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and using the site does not create an attorney-client, consulting or other professional relationship with us. We are not a law firm.

  • Directory. Listings in our directory are based on information the listed professionals provide and on our published listing criteria. A listing is not an endorsement, guarantee or referral. Do your own due diligence before hiring anyone.
  • Our publisher. Our publisher also provides marketing services, as disclosed on our About page. Any page that lists or recommends our publisher says so on that page.
  • Links. The site links to websites, tools and resources run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices.

Templates and downloads

You may use our templates, checklists and other downloads for your own business and your team's internal use, and you may adapt them for that purpose. You may not sell, resell, republish or redistribute them, in original or modified form, as your own product or content.

Our content

The site's text, design, logos, graphics and downloads are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit and a link to the source page. Any other copying or republishing requires our written permission.

What you send us

When you submit a form, directory application or message, you confirm that the information is accurate and yours to share. For directory applications, you give us permission to display the information, name, photo and logo you provide in your listing, and to edit it for length, clarity and consistency. Please do not misuse the site. That includes trying to access it without permission, interfering with how it works, scraping it in bulk, or using it for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Real Estate Fractional CMO, Citrine Enterprises, LLC and their owners, employees and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from or related to your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, even if we were told such damages were possible. If we are found liable despite these terms, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Real Estate Fractional CMO, Citrine Enterprises, LLC and their owners, employees and contributors from any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your use of the site, your content or submissions, or your violation of these terms or the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington State, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the full agreement between you and us about the site.
